Beyond Pushing Through: Avoiding Burnout

November 18 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Do you feel like you’ve been giving what’s left of you instead of the best of you lately? Are you quietly holding it all together while stretched thin by the complexities of entrepreneurship and the reality of doing that work within systems that aren’t designed with disabled people in mind? This is your invitation to slow down, honor your capacity, and explore the different dimensions of rest alongside simple practices that fit into everyday life. Leave a little more replenished, a little more yourself.

Presenter: Rosemarie Philip is an organizational culture and well-being consultant, credentialed coach, and speaker who equips leaders to build cultures people don’t have to recover from. She draws on 20 years of experience and brings the personal truth of living with multiple chronic illnesses to every room she leads. She is also the founder of a life well-loved®, a learning platform featuring tools created by disabled professionals for the human experiences that shape how we live and lead, and rarely get the room they deserve. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: be kind, be human.

Rosemarie holds a master’s in Organization Development and Leadership and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with additional certifications in emotional intelligence, change management, and trauma-informed coaching & facilitation.
